By engaging with our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. About Us

Through Knowledge Gain Power Ltd offers personal development consulting, trauma recovery workshops, coaching sessions, and educational resources designed to support emotional wellbeing, growth, and healing.

2. Bookings & Payments

All sessions must be booked in advance via our website, email, or approved scheduling platform.
Payment must be made in full before a session or workshop begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Prices for services are listed on our website and may be subject to change. Any changes will be communicated in advance.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment to receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 24–48 hours will receive a 50% refund.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment or for missed sessions.
In exceptional circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a session. If this occurs, you will receive a full refund or the option to rebook at a later date.

4. Confidentiality & Safeguarding

All personal information shared during sessions will remain strictly confidential unless there is a risk of harm to yourself or others, in which case appropriate safeguarding protocols will be followed.
We comply with all relevant data protection laws, including GDPR (UK).

5. Client Responsibility

Clients are expected to engage with services in good faith and with a willingness to participate in personal development activities.
Our services are not a substitute for clinical or medical treatment. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or require medical attention, please seek assistance from a licensed healthcare provider.

6. Code of Conduct

We foster a respectful and inclusive environment. Discriminatory, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour toward staff or other clients will not be tolerated and may result in termination of services without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All written materials, tools, videos, and resources provided during our workshops and sessions are the intellectual property of Through Knowledge Gain Power Ltd and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without permission.

8. Liability Disclaimer

While we are committed to your growth and wellbeing, we make no guarantees regarding specific results. You are solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and outcomes arising from participation in our services.

9. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and will apply immediately upon publication.
