At Behind the Mask, we are committed to delivering high-quality services that support personal development, healing, and transformation. We understand that circumstances can change, and we aim to be fair and transparent with our refund process.
🔁 Workshop & 1-to-1 Session Refunds

Full Refund – Available if cancellation is made 48 hours or more before the scheduled appointment or workshop.

Partial Refund (50%) – Available for cancellations made 24–48 hours prior to your session.

No Refund – Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or non-attendance without notice.
If you miss your session due to an emergency, please contact us within 24 hours. We will consider rescheduling at our discretion.
📦 Digital Products & Downloads
Due to the nature of digital content (e.g., eBooks, guidebooks, online resources):

All digital product sales are final.

No refunds are issued for digital downloads unless the product is faulty or inaccessible due to a technical issue on our end.
🧾 Custom Programmes & Packages
For coaching packages, multi-session bookings, or bespoke programmes:

Refunds are only available if cancellation is requested before the first session.

Once the first session has commenced, no refunds will be issued. However, unused sessions may be rescheduled with prior agreement.

We understand that life happens! If you need to reschedule:

Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.

Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the session may not be guaranteed.
